I will provide you with a safe space and guidance on how to achieve a sense of …

1. Peace and closure with what has happened in your life this year (be it issues around relationships, health, loss, death, society, politics, anxiety, personal crisis, change and more).

2. Self awareness and ownership of  what you have achieved (which you might not even be aware of).

3. Gratitude for what you have (even if it may not look like much to you).

4. Positive energy and resilience for what lies ahead.

5. Priorities for what you need and would like to achieve.

At the end of our meeting I hope you will feel emotionally and mentally lighter, have a clearer outlook, and some tools to help you shape your future.
