Cancer and You Podcast

Podcast 'Cancer And You' with psychotherapist Karin Sieger (c) KarinSieger.com

Cancer and You is one of two podcasts I record on my orange houseboat in the river Thames. This podcast is for anyone affected by cancer, including family, friends, colleagues, medical professionals etc. I focus on the emotional and mental impact of cancer throughout the experience of the illness, provide down-to-earth talk, advice and share some of my own cancer experiences.

Episode: Advice for the newly diagnosed

If you are affected by cancer you may wonder how others cope. In Part 2 of Cancer Voices we hear from 4 people who have gone through cancer. Rod Ritchie, Sara Liyanage, Diane Leopard and Bruce Gilligan share their advice for those newly diagnosed: what they have learnt about coping with cancer, uncertainty, life and themselves.
